Paris Eventicket uses my personal data mainly for the following purposes :
+ The management of orders and customer relations :
We need information about you for the management of your orders and the follow-up of your orders (e.g. shipments, invoices, accounting and in particular the management of customer accounts, customer relationship management, complaint management).
+ The payment of your orders :
When you pay on the site, your payments are secure. Paris Eventicket does not collect your payment data but only a transaction identifier. All of your bank details are collected solely by our payment service provider (Ingenico) to ensure the security of your payments.
+ Payment at the time of purchase :
When you pay for an order, the card used for payment is kept for the time necessary for the transaction and then for 15 months after payment to ensure proof of the transaction.
+ The personalization of our services and the messages we send you:
Your data allows us to improve and personalize the services we offer you and the communications we send you. For example: we may send you personalized emails or recommend products similar to those you have already purchased or viewed that match your interests.
+ The security of our site :
We collect certain navigational data to enable us to ensure the security of our services and to detect, prevent or trace any attempt at malicious or computer intrusion or any violation of the terms of use of the ticketing service.

Following the creation of your account and if you have not objected, you will be able to receive information and offers from Paris Eventicket by electronic communication (email). These newsletters allow you to keep up to date with Paris Eventicket news and the advantages that you can benefit from on products similar to those that you have already ordered or consulted on the Paris Eventicket website. We measure the opening rate of our electronic mailings in order to adapt them to your needs.
+ Telephone contact :
If you have not objected, you can be contacted by customer service for the follow-up of the order.
+ Artists and events alerts:
We can offer you alerts in order to be kept informed by e-mail of an availability or news of interest to you. These alerts allow, depending on the case: to be informed punctually of the next availability of an event that interests you (sale, presale, return of tickets). to have recurring information on the news of an author, artist, band ... The inscription to the alert is done by clicking on the button => on the artist page, the event page and the newsletter.
3 - On what legal basis and for how long are my personal data processed?
The processing of your personal data is justified on different grounds (legal basis) depending on the use we make of personal data. You will find below the legal bases and storage periods that we apply to our main processing operations.

+ STORAGE PERIODS :
Most data (e.g. customer account information and order history) is kept for as long as you are an "active" customer and for a period of 6 years from your last activity (e.g. purchase, login to your account or expiry of a contract. Your data is then archived with restricted access for an additional period of time for limited and legally permitted reasons (payment, warranty, disputes). After this period, they are deleted.
Customer account information and orders: 6 years from the date of the last purchase on the account (A customer is active for example when making a purchase or logging into his account) - Archiving 5 to 10 years.
Newsletter subscribers: 3 years from your registration unless you inform us that you wish to continue to receive newsletters.
Payment card information: 15 months from the date of payment.
