Terms and conditions of sale


It is specified beforehand that the present general terms and conditions exclusively govern the sales of show tickets on the pariseventicket.com website.

Paris Eventicket acts as an intermediary: generally in its own name and on behalf of partner ticketing suppliers for cultural, sports and leisure park tickets. Consequently, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale only concern ticket sales services and not the show or event itself. Some of the activities on offer, in particular sports activities, may also include conditions or internal regulations specific to the organiser or the site concerned and available from the site concerned and/or the organiser.

Customer declares that he is aware of these and accepts the rights and obligations relating thereto. Any order made within the framework of the services offered is governed by the present conditions.


1- Customers have the possibility to order on the Site at pariseventicket.com

2- The prices of the tickets are indicated in euros or pounds sterling, all taxes included, including the participation in the expenses of treatment, management and acquisition but excluding shipping costs. The face price corresponding to each category can be consulted in the "Places and prices" section on the page of each event.

3- Different types of rates may be offered to you, depending on the event.

Concerning the group rate, when it is offered, a minimum number of places determined by the organizer is mandatory (generally between 15 and 20, with some exceptions).

4 - For certain shows, at the request of the organizers, you will receive countermarks instead of tickets to be printed according to the specific conditions defined by the organizer: in these cases, the tickets must be validated, in exchange for the countermarks, at the entrance to the venue or site, 30 min before the start of the show.

5 - All orders are payable in euros or pounds sterling (current exchange rate).

6- Paris Eventicket reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order registration.

7 - For certain events, our sales price may be higher than the face value shown on the ticket for the category ordered due to possible acquisition fees or commissions charged by suppliers as well as management, intervention and processing fees applied by Paris Eventicket.

8 - Paris Eventicket cannot be held responsible for any change in the sectorisation of typology and seat category decided by the organisers and participants between the order and the publication of the tickets. In the event that a lower category ticket is allocated due to these changes, the difference between the amount paid and the face price of the allocated ticket will be refunded to the client. In the event of a change involving an upgrade, the difference will be borne by Paris Eventicket. In the event of a change in the sectorization modifying the category initially reserved, the customer has a right of withdrawal allowing him/her to request cancellation of his/her order and obtain a full refund. A physical show ticket cannot be refunded even in the event of loss or theft, nor can it be taken back or exchanged, except in the event of the cancellation of a show and a decision by the organiser to refund the tickets.

9 - Paris Eventicket does not offer tickets for people with reduced mobility.


1 - The reservations of tickets for shows are made in real time on the pariseventicket.com website.

In this context, our platform informs you in real time of the availability of tickets at the time of your order. In case of unavailability in one of the types of seats requested, our platform automatically offers you the seats in another available category.

The "My basket" page allows you to check that the seats allocated to you correspond to your wishes. These are reserved for you for a limited time, indicated by the countdown timer displayed at the top of your basket.

If these seats do not suit you, you can cancel them on the "My basket" page by clicking on the corresponding "Delete" button.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS: orders placed on the pariseventicket.com website are "firm and definitive" orders. Due to the very high demand, the scarcity of supply and the particular marketing mode of certain events, the categories of seats allocated by our suppliers may differ from the initial demand. In the event of unavailability of tickets in the chosen category, Paris Eventicket undertakes to contact the customer individually in order to offer the most suitable solution. Three solutions may be proposed, depending on the case: upgrading, downgrading, and cancellation. In all cases, Paris Eventicket will make every effort to guarantee the client access to the event for which the booking has been made.

+ Upgrading: If it is impossible to provide seats in the category ordered, as far as possible, Paris Eventicket will offer the client seats in a higher category than the category initially chosen. In this case, the client undertakes to accept the tickets offered at no extra charge, with Paris Eventicket taking the difference at its expense.

+ Downgrading: If it is impossible to provide seats in the chosen category or higher, Paris Eventicket will offer the client seats in lower categories, with reimbursement of the difference. If this solution is refused, the customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

+ If it is impossible to provide the seats ordered in the chosen category as well as in another category, Paris Eventicket undertakes to seek and propose an alternative solution to the customer concerning another performance, another date and another place. Paris Eventicket undertakes to inform the client 30 days before the event by email or telephone of its inability to provide the tickets and to reimburse the client in full for the amount paid for the order. Any additional request for compensation and sums additional to those paid for the order is inadmissible.


1 - You can view the block of the chosen category on the interactive map when you make your reservation. Your exact location (rank and seat number) will be indicated to you when you receive your tickets.

2 - Seat locations: by default, the seats in the same order are grouped together, by row, block, or doors. As far as possible, the seats in the same order are contiguous. However, it may happen that the seats are separated, in which case our services will try to obtain the closest possible distribution.


1 - Paying by credit card allows you to book your tickets online and immediately in a firm way. The cards accepted for the payment of an order at the ticket office are Carte Bleue/ Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard and American Express.

2 - PAYMENT BY PHONE : Telephone orders are possible. Payment is made by confidential entry of the customer's credit card details by simply calling our Customer Service department (price of a local call). A bank transaction number validates the payment. The invoice is sent by email or post.


1 - Paris Eventicket has entrusted its payment system to Ingenico, a service provider specialising in online payment security. We guarantee the total confidentiality of your banking information, secured by the SSL protocol, which systematically checks the validity of access rights when you pay by credit card and encrypts all exchanges in order to guarantee confidentiality.

2 - We think it is important for you to know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it. We invite you to consult our "Privacy Policy".


1 - Your order for show tickets is only definitively confirmed and does not commit Paris Eventicket until you receive the e-mail confirming that the show order has been validated. Consequently, we invite you to check your e-mail address. In the event of a dispute concerning the choice of show, the date of performance, the category or quantity of tickets, only the order form attached to the customer account and validated during the booking process will be deemed authentic.

2 - You declare that you have read and accepted the present general and special terms and conditions of sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Paris Eventicket constitutes proof of all transactions between Paris Eventicket and its customers.


1 - The processing time for shipments varies according to the event.

When you place an order you have the choice between 4 delivery options:

+ E-Tickets to download in your customer area: You will receive your E-Tickets up to 4 weeks before the date of the event in PDF format to print or on your mobile phone (You can also scan your seat from your smartphone at the entrance).

+ La Poste - Expert letter: Tickets are issued and handed over to the postal services 3 weeks after validation of your reservation in followed mail.

+ UPS: Your tickets will be sent to you by UPS 2 weeks after validation of your reservation.

+ Chronopost: Your tickets will be sent to you by Chronopost 2 weeks after validation of your reservation with tracking.

Paris Eventicket does not take into account special dates for sending tickets. Therefore, Paris Eventicket cannot be held responsible for not receiving tickets ordered by the client for important events (e.g. Christmas, dates, etc.).

2 - For certain events, it is possible to receive tickets up to 4 weeks before the date of the event. In the "my orders" section of your account, you can check the status of your order at any time. We advise you to make sure that you are sure of the method you have chosen to receive your tickets: delivery or e-tickets.

If you see that your tickets have been shipped and that the selected method of obtaining the tickets was shipment, we invite you to note your delivery number and contact customer service.

1 - E-TICKET (printing tickets at home)

The e-ticket is a ticket in secure PDF format with a barcode that can be printed at home, in colour or in black and white, from your printer connected to your computer. The e-ticket can be offered when the room or event venue has electronic access control. Each e-ticket is then scanned at the entrance to the room. Its validity is checked by means of the unique barcode printed on each ticket.

Thanks to the e-ticket service, you have your secure e-tickets at your disposal. You can regenerate and print your e-tickets at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the "Order tracking" section.

lease note: In case of multiple printing of a ticket, only the first person to arrive with this barcode will be able to enter the event.

2 - You can edit your e-tickets as many times as necessary, but the same ticket can only be used once. If several copies of the same ticket are presented to the control at the entrance of the hall, only the first ticket whose barcode is scanned at the event venue will be considered valid. You are responsible for the use of your e-tickets.


1 - All reservations are firm and final. Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in case of cancellation of the event.

2 - Concerning the Services marketed on the Site, the Customer does not benefit from a right of retraction.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28-12 of the Consumer Code "the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car hire, catering or leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date or at a specific time" are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

A concert ticket cannot be refunded even in the event of loss or theft, nor can it be taken back or exchanged, except in the event of cancellation of a performance and a decision by the organiser to refund the tickets. In the case of a cancellation or postponement decided by the organizers, the order will be refunded, after deduction of management and shipping costs, subject to the return of the tickets received by the client from Paris Eventicket.

No duplicate tickets will be issued, including in the event of loss or theft.

3 - Modifications by the organiser: events take place under the sole responsibility of the organiser. Paris Eventicket cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for any modifications, cancellations or postponements. However, in the absence of a restrictive mention to the contrary in the description of the event (which is often the case for sporting events, non-refundable in the event of a change of date), Paris Eventicket will proceed to refund the amount of the order, after deduction of management and shipping costs, upon simple request by the client refusing the modification. The terms of exchange, transfer of ticket validity date or refund are decided by the organizers and the information will be transmitted by the distributor. Paris Eventicket will alert its customers by e-mail or telephone. With the exception of electronic tickets, refunds can only be made after the tickets have been returned if they have already reached the customer (physical return of tickets directly to our offices or by traceable and identifiable express or registered post).

NB/ Lost or stolen tickets sent by ordinary mail without proof of receipt cannot be refunded or exchanged.

4 - In case of cancellation of an event without a postponement date, you can of course be reimbursed the tickets (excluding management and shipping costs).

After our services have received your refund request, including the tickets and the information necessary for the refund, please allow about 4 weeks for the refund of your order.

2 - You can follow the progress of your order in your customer interface section "my orders". The customer service is at your disposal to inform you of the progress of your order.


The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale in the French language will be executed and interpreted in accordance with French law. In the event of a dispute, the Client will first contact Paris Eventicket to obtain an amicable solution.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, after prior written request by the Client to Paris Eventicket, the Client may also submit any complaints on the dispute resolution platform www.mediationconso-ame.com; Médiation de la consommation AME L'Association des Médiateurs Européens, 11 Place Dauphine, 75001 Paris.

In the context of the Services provided by Paris Eventicket on its Site and, more generally, sales of tickets for shows and events, Paris Eventicket acts as an intermediary between the Client and the Partners of the shows or events concerned. Consequently, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale only apply to the sale of tickets and under no circumstances to the show or event itself.

Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
